Shipping & FFL Transfers

All stripped, billet, and 80% lower receivers ship from our Phoenix shop via UPS Ground (insured, signature required, adult signature for completed receivers). 80% receivers ship to your address directly — no FFL required. Stripped and billet lowers ship to your FFL.

Timing

Stripped lowers in stock: ships in 3–5 business days
Billet receivers: 10–14 business days (each cut on a 5-axis from raw stock)
80% lowers: ships in 1–2 business days

Cost

Free UPS Ground on orders over $200. Otherwise $14.95 flat to anywhere in the lower 48.

Restricted states

We do not ship completed (stripped) lowers to: CA, NJ, NY, CT, HI, RI, DC. We will ship 80% lowers to all 50 states except CT, NJ, NY, CA, RI, HI, WA (per state law). If your state isn’t listed here and you’re unsure, email us before ordering.

International

No international shipping. Federal export rules on receivers are not worth the paperwork.
