1. Acceptance

By placing an order with AR-15 Lower Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to purchase from this site. Some items may require you to be twenty-one, in accordance with federal law. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items in your order in your jurisdiction.

3. FFL transfers (where applicable)

Completed firearm receivers ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. You are responsible for arranging the FFL transfer at your end. The receiving FFL will run the federally required NICS background check and complete ATF Form 4473 before releasing the item to you. We are not party to that transaction beyond providing the receiver.

4. Restricted states

We do not ship completed receivers or restricted products to: CA, NJ, NY, CT, HI, RI, DC. If your shipping address is in a restricted state, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 80% receivers and unfinished frames may have separate state restrictions — check your local law before ordering.

5. Product accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. Occasionally errors occur. If we discover a material error in your order after you have placed it, we will contact you with the corrected information and offer you a refund or amended order.

6. Returns and refunds

See our Shipping & Returns page for the full return policy. In summary: unused, unopened products may be returned within thirty days for a refund minus a fifteen percent restocking fee. Custom-cut or finished items are not returnable.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for any consequential damages arising from product use. You are solely responsible for the lawful and safe use of the items you purchase.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Arizona courts.
