The Geissele Super Duty Stripped Lower is a forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver with Type III hard coat anodizing in flat dark earth. Machining tolerances meet MIL-A-8625F specifications for wear resistance.
This lower features an integrated trigger guard, eliminating the need for a separate installation part. The fire control group pocket is machined to standard AR-15 dimensions, compatible with most aftermarket triggers. The threaded bolt catch and takedown pin holes are cut to spec.
Upper receiver fitment follows standard AR-15 patterns. Works with mil-spec and commercial buffer tubes. The multi-caliber marking indicates compatibility with .223/5.56 and other calibers using standard AR-15 lower dimensions.
This is a stripped lower receiver. Requires FFL transfer for purchase. Ships with no internal parts installed.

Geissele Super Duty lower has a tighter magwell than most billet receivers—measured 0.003" narrower than a standard M4 profile. Noticed slight drag on PMAG Gen 3s during drop tests, but feeds fine under spring tension. Trigger pin holes were dead-on at 0.154", no reaming needed.
Tested: 5111 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0005″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 33.9 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Phoenix in March 2026: 12.
