The Juggernaut Tactical AR-15 80% Lower Receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum billet. It is Type III hard anodized for durability and corrosion resistance. The receiver is supplied at 80% completion for final machining by the end user.
This lower features a flared magwell for faster magazine changes and an integrated trigger guard for a clean, one-piece design. Machining tolerances are held to +/- 0.001″ for proper fit with standard AR-15 upper receivers and components.
The lower is compatible with mil-spec AR-15 parts including fire control groups, buffer tubes, and pistol grips. It accepts standard AR-15 magazines and will mate with mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers.
As an 80% lower receiver, this part does not require an FFL transfer or serialization. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding 80% receivers.

Juggernaut Tactical AR-15 80% Lower Receiver, SKU ARL-80P-010. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum billet with anodized Type III finish; observed consistent 0.625” magwell diameter across multiple units. Lower rear takedown pin hole dimensions slightly tighter than Mil-Spec—requires light finishing if using older LPKs. Fire control pocket depth measured 0.845” in all samples; adequate clearance. No burrs or irregularities noted in trigger pin holes.
Tested: 3662 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.001″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 27.7 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Phoenix in January 2026: 17.
