Jig alignment pins on this Gen 3 model measure 0.2495" diameter, slightly tighter than Gen 2's 0.251". Noticed minor galling on aluminum guide bushings after 15 lowers – recommend light oil on router bit shank. The included 7075 billet blank had +0.003" overmill allowance on trigger pocket compared to forged 6061 specs.
Tested: 2749 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0004″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 19.5 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Phoenix in February 2026: 90.
