The Stealth Arms Phantom Jig + Forged 80% Lower is a 7075-T6 aluminum receiver blank manufactured to MIL-SPEC standards. The forging process ensures consistent grain structure and material density. Anodizing meets Type III Class 2 specifications for corrosion resistance and durability.
Tolerances are held to ±0.002″ on critical dimensions including hammer and trigger pin holes, pivot and takedown pin holes, and magwell geometry. This ensures proper fit with standard AR-15 upper receivers and mil-spec parts kits.
The included Phantom Jig features hardened steel bushings for precision drilling operations. Comes with stepped drill bits sized for trigger and selector holes plus a dual-purpose end mill for finishing the fire control pocket and exterior contours.
This 80% lower is compatible with standard AR-15 upper receivers in any caliber. Works with mil-spec trigger groups, buffer tubes, and magazine releases. No FFL transfer required as this is an unfinished receiver blank.

Stealth Arms Phantom Jig fits forged 7075-T6 lowers snugly. Noted minor tool deflection on final pass near trigger pin holes with carbide end mills. Jig alignment pins require deburring after use to prevent binding on subsequent fixtures.
Tested: 4885 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0008″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 18 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Phoenix in May 2026: 11.
