The Polymer80 G150 is an 80% lower receiver made from reinforced polymer. It ships unfinished and requires machining to complete the fire control pocket. The lower has an integrated trigger guard and is compatible with standard AR-15 upper receivers.
The polymer construction uses fiber-reinforced nylon for structural rigidity. No anodizing is required as this is a non-metallic lower. Tolerances are held to mil-spec dimensions for proper upper receiver fitment.
This lower accepts standard AR-15 parts kits and buffers. It works with both rifle and pistol configurations. No FFL transfer is required since this is an 80% unfinished receiver. The jig set must be purchased separately to complete the machining operations.

Polymer80 G150 lower receiver wall thickness measures 0.165" at the buffer tube threads, thinner than aluminum counterparts. Inspection shows consistent molding with minimal flash. Threads accept standard buffer tubes but torque to 35 ft-lbs max to avoid cracking.
Tested: 2612 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0005″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 7 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Phoenix in January 2026: 44.
