The Mega Arms MKM is a billet AR-15 lower receiver machined from 7075-T6 aluminum. The Type III hard coat anodizing meets MIL-A-8625F specifications for wear resistance. Finish is Flat Dark Earth (FDE) with consistent coverage.
Tolerances are held to ±0.001″ on critical interfaces. The lower features an integrated trigger guard and flared magazine well for faster reloads. MKM markings are machined into the left side.
Compatible with mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers and standard small parts kits. Uses standard pivot/takedown pins. Requires FFL transfer for purchase.

Mega Arms MKM billet lower in FDE. Tight magwell tolerances observed with Magpul PMAGs – insertion requires slight force compared to forged lowers. Threads for pistol grip and buffer tube dead-on spec, no tapping required. Finish consistent, no visible tooling marks or defects in FDE coating.
Tested: 3084 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0003″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 9.2 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Phoenix in April 2026: 130.
